ClearCellular takes pride in the quality of the products that we sell and, as a direct result, offers a 14-day money-back guarantee (from the initial order date) on all ClearPHONE hardware, accessories, peripherals, and unopened items still in their original sealed packaging. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 14 days from the initial order date for a 40% refund as the remaining 60% will be paid out in ClearUnited CLEAR Rewards and ClearCellular operations. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. A replacement fee may be assessed if scratches or damage(s) are present on the ClearPHONE(s). To return merchandise, you must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Please call the ClearCenter customer service department at +1.800.977.0574 and provide them with the invoice number, item description, and serial number(s) of the merchandise you wish to return. If the seal is broken the RMA may be denied. You must ship the merchandise within five (5) days of receiving your RMA number. Moreover, you must also return the merchandise to ClearCellular in its/their original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

NOTE: ClearCellular recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to ClearCellular or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace. FedEx is recommended.
Customer agrees to conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully in all communications and interactions with ClearUnited and its representatives. Abusive, threatening, harassing, or belligerent behavior—including but not limited to verbal or written abuse, threats, or attempts to intimidate or coerce—will be grounds for review, suspension, or termination of service.
Customer acknowledges that services and/or hardware are to be delivered and supported only within the expressly specified regions. Any attempt to force, circumvent, or coerce delivery or activation of services outside of the agreed region is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of any applicable purchase order, purchase agreement, pilot agreement, or order agreement.
ClearUnited may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate any applicable purchase order, purchase agreement, pilot agreement, or order agreement immediately if the Customer:
Upon such termination for cause, ClearUnited may retain any deposits or pre-paid fees related to the purchase order, purchase agreement, pilot agreement, or order agreement as liquidated damages for breach of contract. The Customer shall remain liable for any other fees incurred.
If only some of the purchased services or products have been delivered prior to termination, ClearUnited may deduct the value of delivered items and any non-refundable costs (including shipping or setup fees) and, at its discretion, refund the remainder.
